Turkey and Ham Lunchbox Wrap

Do your kids every get tired of their routine lunchbox sandwich? Neither of my two children ever wanted to buy school lunch. It wasn't that they didn't like it. They just didn't want to waste valuable social time standing in line to get their tray.
My son who is now a college freshman ate the exact same lunch throughout his school years. We wasn't one for change. He never wanted a new suggestion. When he was younger, he'd even cry when we bought a new car and traded the old one. Please don't tell him I told you that!
My daughter that is a junior in high school is a different story. She loves cooking and trying different things. She likes to change-up her lunchbox.
I must say that she rated this new addition to the rotation an A+ for my Turkey and Ham Lunchbox Wrap.
I tried Hillshire Farm® Naturals that are available at Food Lion! You can try it and save with this coupon for $1.00 off 1 Hillshire Farm® Lunch Meat Item at any Food Lion Location, offer expires on 02/06/16.
It's important to me that they contain no artificial ingredients, preservatives, colors or added nitrites/nitrates except those occurring naturally in celery juice. After my holiday indulgences, I'm trying to get back on track!
- Hillshire Farm® Naturals Black Forest Ham
- Hillshire Farm® Naturals Hardwood Smoked Turkey Breast
- wrap of your choice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons onion and chive spreadable cream cheese
- lettuce shreds
- diced banana pepper
- chopped tomato
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place one wrap on your surface
- Alternate 4 slices of ham and turkey (2 slices each)
- Add lettuce shreds
- Add banana pepper and tomato
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Roll up and cut in half
- Feel free to add additional ingredients to suit your tastes.
- The thicker you add the toppings, the fuller your wrap may be. If you get it too thick, it may not roll up as well.
- One wrap is plenty with a nice serving of fruit.
Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons of chive and onion spreadable cream cheese.
Alternate your slices of ham and turkey.
Add your lettuce shreds, tomatoes, banana peppers, salt and pepper.
Roll up and slice in half. I got all fancy and sliced it on an angle.
It's the perfect sized lunch for me to get back on track. My teen daughter is an active tennis and soccer player so she has other items that she completes her lunchbox with for her high metabolism.
I love how light tasting it is.

I also give this an A +! And the only addition for me would be a slice of Swiss (cheese freak here).
Thank you so much Sheryll! It is yummy and quick. I love swill cheese!!!
